We are a gym team that teaches progress and fun!

When you are looking for a safe place for your child to grow, run and play, it can be hard to find somewhere that leaves both parent and child feeling good about their decision. Here at Old Town Gymnastics Academy (OTGA), we want to offer your child a place to explore and learn in a safe environment that parents love in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area. If your child is looking for fun, gymnastics, cheer or another type of movement, we know they will love our gym team.

We teach our students that team-work and team-building skills are the foundation for success when aligned with the seven core values. When we work together as a team, students learn valuable life lessons that make our gym teams a success.
