We are a gym team that teaches progress and fun!

When you are looking for a safe place for your child to grow, run and play, it can be hard to find somewhere that leaves both parent and child feeling good about their decision. Here at Old Town Gymnastics Academy, we want to offer your child a place to explore and learn in a safe environment that parents love in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area. If your child is looking for fun, gymnastics, cheer or another type of movement, we know they will love our gym team.

Our gym team, along with all our other classes, is kept small to ensure that every child receives more individualized attention. While other studios have higher student to teacher ratios, we prefer to keep ours to a 4:1 ratio for our students. This can help them gain confidence and skills whether they participate in our gym team or in any of our other classes.

When your child chooses to work with our gym team, they are going to learn valuable skills that extend beyond the world of gymnastics. They will also learn skills of endurance, tenacity, perseverance, how to win and lose with grace, team-building skills, and physical fitness. What is wonderful about our gym team is that they will learn all this and more while having a great time with friends and classmates.
