Coach Eryn

As a native of Pfafftown for over 40 years, I started dancing at the age of 11 at the NCSA, soon after ended up at Baylin Dance studio of Clemmons, training in jazz, tap and ballet.  After graduating from Mt Tabor high, I started teaching at Fred Astair full time in 1998. In 2001 I went back to Baylin Studio and continued teaching there until 2013.  I went to Guliford College and graduated with a B.S. in Health Science and B.A. in Psychology.  While teaching dance I became a certified personal trainner at Rush Fittness for 3 years.  In 2011, I started teaching for Dancing Classrooms/Take the Lead WS. This is a non profit org. that goes into equity plus schools and teaches self confidence and pride thru ballroom dancing. This program includes a yearly fundraiser “Dancing with the stars”.  With this fundraiser, I have been lucky enough to have danced with Mayor Allen Joines and numberous other local “Celebs” in Winston Salem including the vice president of WS Foundation.
